How long does delivery take for a prefab home or sauna?
Lead times vary by product. Prefab homes (such as our 40ft Foldable Prefab Home) typically ship within 8–14 weeks from order confirmation, depending on production and customs clearance. Saunas generally ship within 2–4 weeks. You will receive a tracking update and estimated delivery window once your order is dispatched.
How are large prefab homes delivered?
Prefab homes are shipped via ocean freight in a standard 40ft shipping container. Delivery is to a port or freight terminal nearest to your address (port-to-port or port-to-door, depending on your location). You will need to arrange a crane or forklift and a suitable foundation site before delivery. Our team will coordinate with you on logistics details after purchase.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for prefab homes depend on your destination port, local freight, and any applicable import duties. Exact freight quotes are provided at checkout or upon request before purchase. Sauna shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship prefab homes and saunas to most countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about shipping to your country.
Who is responsible for customs and import duties?
The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country. We recommend consulting your local customs authority or a freight broker for an estimate before placing your order.
Assembly & Installation
Does the prefab home come pre-assembled?
Our foldable prefab homes are designed for fast on-site setup. The structure arrives largely pre-fabricated and can typically be unfolded and erected in 1–3 days with a small crew and basic equipment (crane or forklift required). Detailed installation guides and support are included with every order.
Do I need a foundation before delivery?
Yes. A level, prepared foundation (concrete slab, piers, or equivalent) must be ready before your prefab home arrives. We recommend consulting a local contractor to prepare the site in advance. Our team can advise on foundation specifications for your specific model.
Is professional installation required for saunas?
Our saunas are designed for DIY assembly and come with step-by-step instructions. Most customers complete installation in a few hours. Electrical connections (for heaters) should be handled by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes.
Do you offer installation services?
We do not currently provide on-site installation services directly, but we can refer you to trusted contractors in many regions. Contact us after purchase and we'll do our best to connect you with local support.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do prefab homes come with?
Our prefab homes come with a 1-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects. Electrical components and fixtures may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Damage caused by improper installation, site conditions, or natural events is not covered.
What warranty do saunas come with?
Saunas include a 1-year warranty on the heater and structural components against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and cosmetic items are not covered.
Can I return a prefab home or sauna?
Due to the custom and freight nature of these products, prefab homes are non-refundable once production has begun. Saunas may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging — return freight costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery and note any damage on the freight carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Financing & Payment
Do you offer financing for high-ticket items?
We accept all major credit cards and may offer financing options through third-party providers at checkout. For large orders such as prefab homes, please contact us to discuss payment plans or wire transfer arrangements.
Is a deposit required?
For prefab home orders, a 50% deposit is typically required to begin production, with the balance due prior to shipment. Full payment is required for sauna orders at checkout.
Are prices inclusive of taxes and duties?
Prices shown on our site do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes for international orders. Domestic US orders may be subject to applicable sales tax calculated at checkout.
